(hong kong, november 8, 2017) china overseas hongyang group co., ltd. (the "company"; stock code: 0081.hk) announced that the company and its subsidiaries (the "group") realized the realization in october 2017 contracted sales of hk$2.518 billion and contracted sales area of 227,200 square meters.

as of the end of october 2017, the accumulative unsigned subscription amount was hkd 820 million and the unsigned subscribed area was 57,800 square meters.

in october 2017, the group added a new project in changzhou city, jiangsu province, with a total equity development area of 178,668.00 square meters, and a land price of rmb 1.030 billion was required.
