(hong kong, august 12, 2016) china overseas hongyang group co., ltd. (the "company"); share code: 00081. hk) announced that the company and its subsidiaries (the "group") achieved contract sales of hk $1.739 billion and contract sales area of 177600 square meters in july 2016.
as of the end of july 2016, the total amount of non signed subscription was hk $686 million and the area of non signed subscription was 51200 square meters.
in july 2016, the group had no new land reserve.
