(hong kong, june 6, 2018) china overseas development co., ltd. ("the company"; stock code: 0688.hk) announced that the company, together with its subsidiaries, the contracted property sales of the joint ventures and associated companies (collectively referred to as "china overseas series companies") in may were approximately hk$26.732 billion, and the corresponding floor area was approximately 1,455,000 square meters.

on may 31, 2018, the china overseas series of companies recorded subscribed shopping sales of approximately hk$39.618 billion, which is expected to be converted into contract properties in the next few months sales.

in may, the company (together with its subsidiaries (collectively referred to as the "group") acquired two plots of land in urumqi and chongqing. area") in total is approximately 367,972.14 square meters. the land transfer fee payable by the group for the relevant land acquisition is approximately rmb536.50 million.
