(hong kong, june 6, 2018) china overseas hongyang group co., ltd. ("the company"; stock code: 0081.hk) announced that the company and its subsidiaries the company (the "group") achieved contracted sales of hk$7.204 billion and contracted sales area of 569,400 square meters in may 2018.

as of the end of may 2018, the accumulative unsigned subscription amount was hkd 817 million and the unsigned subscribed area was 52,200 square meters.

in may 2018, the group added 4 new projects in lanzhou city, gansu province, nantong city, jiangsu province, and hefei city, anhui province, with a total equity development area of 572,341.20 square meters. a land price of rmb 3,438,970,000 was paid.
