(hong kong, may 7, 2018) china overseas hongyang group co., ltd. ("the company"; stock code: 0081.hk) announced that the company and its subsidiaries the company (the "group") achieved contracted sales of hk$4.081 billion and contracted sales area of 330,100 square meters in april 2018.

as of the end of april 2018, the accumulative unsigned amount of subscriptions was hk$1.19 billion and the subscribed unsigned area was 81,400 square meters.

in april 2018, the group had no new land bank.
