(hong kong, march 8, 2018) china overseas hongyang group co., ltd. ("the company"; stock code: 0081.hk) announced that the company and its subsidiaries the company (the "group") achieved contracted sales of hk$2,658 million and contracted sales area of 192,700 square meters in february 2018.

as of the end of february 2018, the accumulated unsigned subscription amount was hkd 739 million and the unsigned subscription area was 42,400 square meters.

in february 2018, the group added one new project in liuzhou city, guangxi province, with a total equity development area of 269,588.00 square meters, requiring a land price of rmb 1,828,000,000.
