(hong kong, december 7, 2017) china overseas hongyang group co., ltd. (the "company"; stock code: 0081.hk) announced that the company and its subsidiaries (the "group") realized the realization in november 2017 contracted sales of hk$2.612 billion and contracted sales area of 234,400 square meters.

as of the end of november 2017, the accumulated unsigned subscription amount was hkd 800 million and the unsigned subscribed area was 50,200 square meters.

in november 2017, the group added three new projects in yangzhou city and xuzhou city, jiangsu province, with a total equity development area of 909,609.00 square meters, requiring a land price of rmb 3,372.61 million.
