(hong kong, december 12, 2016) china overseas hongyang group co., ltd. (the "company"; stock code: 00081.hk) announced that the company and its subsidiaries (the "group") realized the realization in november 2016 contracted sales of hk$2.003 billion and contracted sales area of 205,400 square meters.

as of the end of november 2016, the accumulated unsigned subscription amount was hk$1.040 billion and the unsigned subscribed area was 95,200 square meters.

in november 2016, the group had no new land reserves.
