huangpu district is one of the most important districts in shanghai. the old reform project of jianguo east road is located in the core area of huangpu, the new area near the north and the old chengxiang in the east. the project covers an area of about 147 thousand and 500 square meters, with an area of about 300 thousand square meters. the land use is residential, commercial office and public green space. it is estimated to involve 8500 households and about 40 thousand people. it is the largest area in huangpu.
