(hong kong, 6 september 2018) china overseas grand oceans group limited (the "company"; stock code: 0081.hk) announced that, for august 2018, the contracted property sales of the company and its subsidiaries (the "group") amounted to hk$4,301 million and the contracted gross floor area ("gfa") reached 318,100  square meters.

as at the end of august 2018, the property subscription sales amounted to hk$878 million and the subscription gfa reached 55,900 square meters.

no new land was acquired in august 2018.
