(hong kong, 6 december 2018) china overseas grand oceans group limited
(the “company”; stock code: 0081.hk) announced that, for november 2018, the contracted
property sales of the company and its subsidiaries (the “group”) amounted to hk$2,814
million
and the contracted gross floor area (“gfa”) reached 225,300
square
meters.

as at the end of november 2018,
the property subscription sales amounted to hk$763 million and the subscription gfa reached 45,000
square meters.

no new land was acquired in november 2018.
